Amanda Smith Caterers is a boutique catering and event planning company based in New York City and established in 2002.

We host every type of corporate and private event, no matter how large or small, glamorous or intimate: Cocktail parties as large as 1000, seated dinners for 350, and more.

Whether it is a casual get-together, an intimate wedding, or flying dish event, Amanda takes pride in making it unique. Together with chef Domingo Garza, she will personally be involved in creating the menu, preparing the food, and planning the party.

In addition, our event planning capacity extends the gamut with an experienced team of professionals who are readily available to help arrange flowers, lighting, music, entertainment, and anything else you may require.
